What's the role?
OurThebarton Calibration Centreis seeking a Customer Service Officer for a12-month fixed-term contract.
This role will serve as the central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate administration, and a high standard of customer service.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes
Coordinating technician schedules
Providing explicit and timely job updates
Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning
Maintaining accurate data and administrative records

We're Seeking a Proactive And Professional Individual Who Brings
Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)




A confident and professional phone manner
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
High accuracy in data entry and administration
Solid Microsoft Office skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
