Job Description
We're currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy commercial fit-out project in Sydney CBD, with an immediate start available.

This is a great opportunity for a Carpenter by trade who has progressed into site supervision and has solid experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.

The Role
n
n
Supervise day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
n
Coordinate trades and manage site sequencing
n
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
n
Read and interpret drawings and specifications
n
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-starts
n
Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and consultants
n
Monitor quality, progress and site safety
n
Assist with resolving issues and keeping the project on program
n
n
About You
n
n
Carpentry trade background – essential
n




Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
n
Commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
n
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and finishing trades
n
Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
White Card required
n
Available for an immediate start
