About
n
You'll join a multidisciplinary service offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Psychology. The organisation provides both clinic and mobile services, with community visits kept within a 30-minute radius of the Bankstown clinic.
n
The clinic includes consulting rooms, dedicated therapy spaces and a sensory gym. Current demand is leaning towards clinic-based work.
n
The Role
n
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you'll work across a varied caseload of paediatric, adult and aged-care clients, with an approximate ***** split between children and adults.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Supporting children with ASD & ADHD with their emotional regulation, sensory integration and fine/gross motor skills
n
Supporting adults with neurological conditions such as MS, CP and post-stroke
n
Delivering therapy across clinics, homes, schools, preschools and community settings.
n
Working with a broad range of diagnoses and presentations.
n

Team Culture
n
You'll work alongside a team of eight clinicians, including three experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologist colleagues.
n
Supervision is consistent, personalised and readily available. New graduates receive a gradual transition into their caseload, with the level of support adjusted to their confidence and development. Senior clinicians are present in the clinic, making it easy to ask questions, observe sessions and receive guidance throughout the day.
n
Formal supervision occurs fortnightly, including a review of client progress and clinical goals. The team also offers uncapped professional development, strong staff retention and a collaborative environment where you're encouraged to keep learning.
