The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Sydney.
This role will see you managing multiple projects or a large-scale development, taking full ownership from planning through to completion.
You will play a key role in driving programme, managing client relationships, and ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of civil construction projects
Programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Managing project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
Overseeing site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors




Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Client liaison and stakeholder management
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
Strong background in subdivisions, earthworks, and/or utilities
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
Experience with project management and cost control software
Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
