We are looking for a confident and personable Casual Sales Associate to join our team.
This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in interiors, design and contemporary retail who enjoys creating a considered and welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable customer service
Assist customers with product selection, styling and larger purchases
Develop a solid understanding of our brands, designers and products




Process sales and customer orders through Shopify POS
Maintain the visual merchandising and presentation of the store
Receive, unpack and replenish stock
Assist with general day-to-day store operations
About you
Confident, approachable and naturally engaging with customers
Well presented with strong attention to detail
Proactive and comfortable working independently
Genuinely interested in interiors, furniture, design and lifestyle
Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, interiors, furniture or lifestyle retail is preferred
Available for weekday shifts and one weekend shift per week
