Salary range of $110K - $140K plus super

Take ownership of a diverse operational portfolio and lead a team to deliver high-quality, efficient and client-focused services. This hands‐on leadership role suits a decisive operator who can move seamlessly between day‐to‐day detail and strategic thinking, while embracing AI, automation and new technologies to lift performance.

You'll lead operational delivery, people capability, service quality and continuous improvement across services such as field operations, investigations, repossessions, audits and other evolving portfolios.

Strong operational leadership experience in a complex service environment

Proven ability to manage performance, service levels and competing priorities

Confidence working in both operational detail and strategic initiatives

Experience with process improvement, transformation or technology‐enabled change
n
Strong people leadership, communication and commercial judgement
n
Ability to thrive in a fast‐moving, evolving environment
n
