You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive enrolment growth while maintaining a warm community feel.
The role focuses on leading a small, dedicated team, driving continuous quality improvement against the NQS, and championing an EYLF-aligned educational program in a supportive setting.
