Job Description

The role is floor-based, focusing on process end-to-end, with daily interaction with the team to drive improvements and ensure GMP compliance.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will oversee multiple production rooms, manage machinery performance, and be the escalation point for on-floor issues.
