About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Administration & Warehouse, you will support and lead a range of business improvement initiativesthat enhance systems, processes and operational effectiveness across ourteam and Franchisees.
You willbe responsible for:
Leading and supporting business improvement and operational change initiatives.
Gathering,documentingandvalidatingbusinessrequirements.
Mapping current and future state processesandidentifyingimprovementopportunities.
Coordinating stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Monitoringimplementationprogress,risks,issuesand actions.
Supporting system deployments,processenhancementsandoperational improvements.
Assistingwith training,changemanagementandadoption activities.
Developingreporting,controlsandgovernance processes that support operational effectiveness.
Providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Working closely with franchisees,operationalleadersandbusiness stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver practical outcomes.
