Job Description
Drug Awareness Rehabilitation and Management (Drug ARM) is seeking a dedicated Case Worker for Maryborough correctional facility to deliver psychoeducation in custody or under supervision and assist participants to engage with outcomes.
You will co-facilitate groups and conduct pre-enrolment interactions.
The role requires understanding harm minimisation, Motivational Interviewing, and Stages of Change, with a focus on adapting programs to varying intensity levels.
