Coast2Bay has over 30 years' experience in providing affordable housing solutions for individuals and families across Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie regions.
The role sits at Level 6 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Industry Award ****
Option for nine day fortnight

Offices are centrally located in Caboolture and Maroochydore with local travel to other service delivery points

The Role
Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months.
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Operations Manager to support service delivery by our housing services team,



with staff located at offices across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay.
This position works collaboratively with other senior leaders to support consistent and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Managing frontline staff to deliver consistent and quality tenancy and property services.
Leading practice and performance, the development of policies and procedures and compliance activities.
Data analytics and reporting.
Delivering training and coaching of frontline staff.
Developing service models which meet housing needs.
Liaising with key stakeholders to support sustainable tenancies.
What You'll Bring
3 years' experience working in the housing sector, preferably community housing.
3 years in a SeniorLeadership/Managementposition.
Tertiary Qualification in Social Services or another relevant discipline.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
