Compounding Pharmacy Dispensary Technician

Your Key Tasks Include
Process and build prescription orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to client enquiries on the phone, email and in-store
Assess priority and escalate enquiries appropriately when beyond your scope
Provide exceptional customer service and a positive, caring pharmacy experience
Maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines to uphold patient safety and confidentiality
Assist with order and shipping preparation, and other dispensary support duties
What Makes You a Valuable Fit
Previous experience in a pharmacy dispense tech role is required for this position
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
Able to multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error‐free data entry
Ability to persistently focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate with kindness
Proven ability to work swiftly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
Community pharmacy certificates ideal, but not mandatory
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
