Additionally, you'll provide support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality workplace
n
Experience leading and developing a team
n
Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage
n
Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
n
Sound understanding of food safety concerns
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
