Based at Mascot Head Office, you will map, build and continuously improve campaign processes across Qantas Loyalty and the broader Group, driving real-time visibility and data-driven decisions.
As part of the Center of Excellence, you will remove bottlenecks, develop capacity trackers, utilisation reports and tools that measure forecasted resource needs.
