Keeping all areas secure, functional and well presented
Assist with resident functions setup etc.
About You




Physically fit, energetic, and capable of regular lifting, bending, climbing and manual work
We welcome applications from female candidates who enjoy practical, hands-on work and contributing to Resident wellbeing
Comfortable undertaking a mix of maintenance, outdoor work and light housekeeping duties
Enjoys active, hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Practical and resourceful, with good general maintenance skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Respectful, patient and friendly when dealing with older residents
Previous experience in maintenance, trades, handyman work or housekeeping is an advantage
Current driver's license required
