You'll support customers, process orders, respond to enquiries and provide administration across the Customer Service and Business Development teams while liaising with operations and logistics.
About You & Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
Complete daily customer call cycles and accurately process orders
Provide product information and identify opportunities to upsell suitable products
Support the wider Customer Service and Business Development teams with administration
Liaise with customers, operations and logistics teams to coordinate customer requirements
Process payment credits, update customer accounts and assist with reconciling discrepancies
Maintain accurate customer and order records




Utilise Microsoft Office programs includingOutlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
Demonstrate strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service or administration experience required
Experience withinfood manufacturing or FMCGis highly regarded

Additional Information
This is a4-month temporary contractproviding cover for an internal secondment.
The role is based in a busy food manufacturing and distribution environment in Lytton.
Team members are required to be onsite every Wednesday, with the flexibility to work from home on two other days per week.
