Job Description
Eliot Community Human Services seeks a compassionate Behavioral Specialist I to join the Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) team, providing interventions for adults with severe mental illness in residential or community settings.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, support recovery goals, and ensure culturally competent, strengths‐based services aligned with client preferences.
A Bachelor's degree and experience with adults with mental illness are required, with weekend/evening
