Your Responsibilities
Providetechnical supportand troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
Monitorsystems and networksto identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
Implement current IT systems including hardware, software, andcloud-based solutions.
Support related IT services, includingsecurity cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
Maintain accurate anddetaileddocumentationoftasks, procedures, and system configurations.




Your Skills & Competencies
Stronghardware skillsacross desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
Strongsoftware expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge ofcloud-basedtechnologies(Microsoft365, Azure, AI integrations).
Strongcybersecurityawarenessincluding data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
Experience withBuilding Management Systems (BMS)
Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
Excellentproblem-solvingandlogical reasoningskills.
