Job Description
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a casual Disability Support Practitioner to support our Accommodation SIL Houses and Home & Community programs on the Central Coast.
You will help adults live independently, assist with personal care, meals, medications and daily routines, while promoting skills and decision-making.
Role requires a NSW Driver's Licence, physical ability for transfers, and availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week across diverse shifts including early mornings, day,
