Job Description
Pengana, a growing investment management group, seeks a Head of Marketing Governance & Risk to lead governance, risk management and oversight across marketing, customer acquisition, distribution and communications, with emphasis on TermPlus.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering with the Executive Director of Marketing and General Counsel, the role designs scalable governance frameworks that support growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust customer outcomes.
