About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedSales Representativeto join our QLD sales team.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, develop strong customer partnerships, and increasemarket share across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and selected regional areas of Queensland.
Working with major buying groups and independent carpet and flooring retailers, you will manage and grow an established customer base while actively identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being in the market, building relationships,



winning new business and delivering results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Growing sales, market share and profitability across your territory
Developing strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Successfully launching and selling current product ranges
Providing product knowledge, training and support to retail partners
Developing a strong understanding of your territory, competitors and market opportunities
Representing Dunlop Flooring professionally and positively in the market
About You
We are looking for adriven, resilient and commercially focused sales professionalwho enjoys taking ownership of their territory and delivering results.
Ideally, you will have demonstrated sales or business development experience within flooring, building products, construction, interiors, textiles, consumer goods or a related industry.
You will also bring:
A proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new business
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
The ability to build productive, long-term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders




Experience successfully introducing and selling new products or ranges
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
High levels of energy, resilience and self-motivation
A disciplined approach to territory and account management
A genuine desire to succeed and be part of a high-performing team
Highly Desirable
You will stand out if you have:
Experience within thecarpet,flooring, textile, interiors or building materials industries
Experience working with independent retailers, retail chains or buying groups
Sales and product training experience
Established relationships within the QLD flooring or building products market
A positive, energetic and proactive can-do attitude
