About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Service Technician to join our Service Team based in Arndell Park.
This role offers a diverse mix of workshop and field-based work, providing the opportunity to work on a variety of pumping systems across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission and service pump systems and related equipment
Diagnose faults and perform repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
Carry out routine maintenance and preventative servicing
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Provide professional support and technical advice to customers
Maintain accurate service reports and job documentation
Assist with workshop repairs, testing and equipment preparation
Support parts management and inventory activities




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Plant Mechanics or similar
Previous experience in pump servicing or a comparablemechanical/electricalfield service role
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
Experience working with a variety of pump systems
A current driver's licence
The ability to travel to customer sites as required
Solid communication and time management skills
A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Sound computer skills and the ability to complete detailed service reports
