Civil Labourers Wanted - Local Council
Hourly Rate:$***** + Super
Work Schedule:8-Day Fortnight
Location: Narangba
This particular position will see you working within the SQID (Stormwater Quality Improvement Device) team.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a range of activities associated with the SQID (Stormwater Quality Improvement Device) maintenance inspection cleaning
Build solid working relationships with a range of broad work teams and their employees to ensure delivery of all works is done in a professional manner
Support the wider outputs of the Civil Services Department and work as an integral part of supporting team outputs




Identify where the safe disposal of materials and waste is required and undertake the disposal process in a protected and effective manner
Correctly use and maintain plant and equipment provided, including all personal protective equipment, in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, council's safety policy and procedures
Essentials:
Experience in a range of asset maintenance practices and procedures
A current C class driver's license - HR truck highly desired
White Card
Confined space ticket
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Must be fully vaccinated against Hep A, Hep B and Tetanus
