Job Description
Endeavour Group's Pacific Hotel invites a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead floor operations across the bistro, beer garden and gaming spaces, ensuring peak service and protected, smooth operations.
You will inspire a team of hospo professionals, maintain gold standards of presentation and guest experience, and partner with the Publican to drive busy shifts.
This role requires current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager licences, and the energy to engage locals and visitors while upholding Endeavour
