Job Description
Sharp and Carter is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Night Shift at a busy FMCG site in South Sydney.
You will lead a team on a 4-on/4-off roster, coaching staff, driving safety and quality, and solving issues on the floor in real time.
The role requires hands-on leadership with the ability to mentor newer supervisors and maintain a solid food safety culture within a unionised manufacturing environment.
