Job Description
Uniting Early Learning Riverview in Townsville is seeking a responsible RPIC/2IC to lead play-based learning, mentor staff, and support daily operations alongside the Centre Director.
You will foster robust relationships with children and families in a welcoming, inclusive setting.
The role demands leadership in an ECEC environment, knowledge of NQF/EYLF, and current Blue Card; the centre offers not-for-profit values, ongoing development, and a supportive leadership team.
