Key Responsibilities:
Manage a reliable and balanced portfolio
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to committees and owners
Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures
Coordinate meetings, communication, and documentation with the support of a dedicated admin team

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in strata management
Class 2 Strata Management Licence
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Cooperative, proactive, and client-focused approach
