Job Description
We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services ranging from Sutherland Shire and St George regions.
This Permanent Full Time position is 38 hours per week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities
Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
Lead training, performance, and development in the service
Minimise risk and manage safety in services
What to expect
Work across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery.
Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects and other exciting activities.
Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships.
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:




Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field
Experience working with children in a leadership position
Current and valid Working with Children Check
Current driver's license is required
Experience working with children within a group setting
Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday
