What You'll Do
Work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at client sites.
Projects vary in length, size, and location; international travel may be required.
Junior Consultant
Responsible for drawing on business knowledge to help drive analysis.
Over time, you will receive end-to-end responsibility for project workstreams.
Requires at least three years of full‐time work experience.
Consultant
Develop specialised knowledge and manage significantly larger and more complex components of projects.
Work closely with clients, identify issues, craft strategies, and win consensus for recommendations.
Typically requires over five years of full‐time work experience and a demonstrated career trajectory.
What You'll Bring
Education
Undergraduate degree and/or Master's, MBA, or PhD with outstanding academic performance.
Professional Skills




3+ years of consulting or industry experience with a proven track record of achievement.
Industry experience ideally in one of: mining, oil & gas, engineering, climate & sustainability, consumer products, private equity, public sector, banking & finance, law,healthcare/medicine,technology ortelecommunications.
Analytical and creative thinking with excellent quantitative and qualitative problem‐solving skills.
Ability to package complex topics and ideas in an engaging manner.
Excellent communication and client‐relationship building skills.
Personal Attributes
Flexible, curious, and creative; open to recent ideas.
Self‐driven, independent, and autonomous in judgement.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and high ethical standards.
Willingness to travel interstate and work remotely on client sites.
