Experienced Residential BDM | High Earning Potential
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an established Residential Business Development Manager to join a fun, high-performing and genuinely supportive team.
This is an opportunity for a proven BDM who knows how to prospect, build relationships and convert opportunities into new managements.
You'll be responsible for growing the residential rent roll while working closely with the wider Property Management and Sales teams.
You will be supported by
Mentoring and guidance from the Head of Department
Full support from the Property Management team
Collaboration with the Sales team
Established systems including Reapit (Console/IRE), REX and RITA

The Role




Prospect for new residential management opportunities
Generate, nurture and close leadsConduct market appraisals
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage the onboarding of new managements
Maintain an active BDM database
Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies
Work closely with Property Management and Sales teams to maximise opportunities
About You
Established Residential BDM experience is strongly preferred
Residential Property Management or Sales experience will also be considered
Proven track record of winning recent business
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Client-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
