The Perth Mint is seeking a Head of Retail to lead the Retail & Customer Experience Team in East Perth on a permanent, full time basis.
You will drive growth across B2C channels including the Retail Store, Bullion Room, and Digital Commerce platforms, delivering commercial success while ensuring operational excellence and governance across omni-channel operations.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification inCommerce/Business/RetailManagement and have strong leadership experience
