Job Description
My Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background managing clients and projects.

The Role:
n
n
Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
n
Work with the team to define the project scope.
n
Lead and manage the Project Team
n
Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
n
Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
n
Work on government and commercial sites
n
n
Experience:
n
n
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing electronic security projects, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
n
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
n
Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
n




Deep understanding of WHS, QMS, and EHS standards; ensures compliance with all Security policies and legislative requirements.
n
Capable of planning and allocating resources (staff, subcontractors, equipment) effectively across multiple sites.
n
Skilled in maintaining project documentation, including Protected Work Method Statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
n
Ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability
