About the Role
Love turning data into meaningful business insights?
We're looking for an analytical and technically-minded Data Analyst with strong Power BI and SQL experience to join the Commercial Management team at Princess Cruises.
This role has been created to modernise and enhance reporting across our APAC business.
You'll become the technical reporting expert, transforming complex datasets into powerful dashboards and reporting solutions that help our Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll take ownership of our Power BI reporting workplace, uncover opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, and build scalable solutions that replace manual processes with insightful, automated dashboards.
You'll join a collaborative Commercial team where your technical expertise will complement experienced commercial analysts, giving you the opportunity to become the go-to reporting specialist across the business.
You'll be involved in:
Building and enhancing intuitive Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful commercial insights
Extracting, transforming and analysing large datasets from our data warehouse using SQL
Designing scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility and support business decision-making
Modernising reporting by replacing manual Excel-based processes with agile Power BI dashboards
Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Commercial stakeholders to understand reporting challenges and deliver practical solutions
Troubleshooting reporting issues while continuously improving dashboard performance and usability
Supporting CRM reporting and contributing to Salesforce reporting enhancements
Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the APAC reporting and analytics environment
About You
3–4 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar analytical role
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses
Strong experience developing, maintaining and optimising Power BI dashboards and reports
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering insights from data
Experience supporting commercial business functions such as Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management
The ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly reporting solutions
Experience with DAX, with Salesforce or Tableau experience viewed favourably
A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
