Bayer is seeking a commercially driven National Business Manager (Grocery) to shape channel strategy and accelerate growth across Grocery, Independent Grocery and eCommerce in Australia.
You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive profitability through pricing and trade spend optimization.
The role requires senior leadership experience in grocery channels, a keen eye for data-driven insights, and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels within a matrix
