Day-to-day responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
n
Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
n
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
n
n
What success looks like in this role

Prior experience managing a large format retail setting where you inspire and educate large teams
n
