Grace & Gather is looking for warm, reliable and detail-oriented Home Assistants to help Brisbane families take some of the household mental load off their shoulders.
n
We're currently looking around Cannon Hill, Indooroopilly and Chermside, but we're expanding quickly across Brisbane - so please apply even if you're outside these areas.

What you'll do
n
Every household is different. One visit might be focused on cleaning, while another could include laundry, changing beds or getting dinner prepped.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
General home cleaning
n
Laundry, folding and putting away
n
Tidying and home resets
n
Fridge, pantry or wardrobe organisation
n
Occasional household errands
n
n
This isn't a rushed, high-volume cleaning role. You'll have dedicated time with regular clients to provide thoughtful, high-quality household support.

Who we're looking for
n
You don't need years of skilled cleaning experience. We're looking for someone who is:
n

Reliable,



punctual and professional
n
Naturally clean, organised and detail-focused
n
Able to notice what needs doing and take initiative
n
Comfortable working independently
n
Happy to clean and help with a variety of household tasks
n
Comfortable preparing simple family meals
n
Looking for consistent, ongoing work
n
n
Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, support work, hospitality or household management is highly regarded.
n
Because we match Home Assistants with regular clients, we're ideally looking for someone who can commit for at least 6 months.
n
n
$39 per hour + 12% super
n
Work anywhere from 2-5 weekdays per week
n
Paid travel between clients in accordance with applicable entitlements
n
Regular clients and consistent visits
n
Cleaning products and uniform supplied
n
Training provided
n
Opportunity to increase your hours as we grow
n

What you'll need
n
n
Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
n
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
Availability for at least 2 weekdays per week
n
n
A Blue Card and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check is highly regarded but not essential for every position.
