The Role




We're looking for a motivated and ambitiousSales & Leasing Associateto join our commercial division.
Whether you're coming from residential real estate or another sales environment, this is your chance to step into a career-defining role in commercial property.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Prospect for new business and manage your own pipeline of leads
Prepare and execute marketing strategies for commercial sales and leasing listings
Negotiate deals and support clients through the end-to-end transaction process
Work closely with directors to grow your profile and position in the market
Who We're Looking For
A currentQLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration(essential)
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to pitch and present
Experience in real estate, business development or high-value sales
A growth mindset and proactive approach to learning and leadership
Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
Preferred but Not Essential
Commercial or residential sales experience
Knowledge of Brisbane's south-east commercial markets
Experience with CRM tools and database systems
