Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

This role operates on a 12‐hour rotating roster, including:

Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm

Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
n
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
n
Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment checks
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Report hazards, incidents and quality issues promptly
n
Assist with changeovers, cleaning and general production duties
n
Safely operate forklifts where licensed and required
n
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets
n




Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
n
Complete production documentation accurately
n
n
Key Performance Indicators
n
n
Achievement of production and quality targets
n
Compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements
n
Minimal downtime through effective operation of equipment
n
Active participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
n

About You
n
You are a reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. You have a strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity and are willing to work a rotating day and night shift roster.
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
n
Forklift Licence (LF)
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
n
A commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to work 12‐hour rotating shifts
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Reliable transport
n
The ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
n
n
