About The Role

As the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution and performance of sales and marketing across the service business.

Based at our Australian Head Office in Blacktown, you will drive revenue growth, shape national go‐to‐market initiatives, and lead a high‐performing team to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and executing national sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth
n
Identifying and scaling current products, services and market opportunities
n
Owning pricing, go‐to‐market plans and commercial performance
n
Managing key accounts, major opportunities and competitive positioning
n
Building, coaching and leading a high‐performing Sales team
n
Overseeing forecasting, reporting and performance frameworks while contributing to divisional leadership.
