This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Store Manager for our Westfield Miranda location. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This is a full-time role based in our Myer Miranda concession store.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
n
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
n
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
n
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
n
Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation
n
Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives
n

What we're looking for

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
n
Strong leadership and people management skills,



with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
n
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build robust relationships with customers
n
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
n
Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
