About the role
n
The Program Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Operations Portfolio. This role will provide additional support to the growing portfolio of projects and responsibilities will include:

Onboarding/offboarding
n
Jira set up
n
Project documentation management support
n
Scheduling meetings/room bookings
n
Assistance with resource tracking and administration and purchase order/invoice receipting, etc
n
Portfolio communication support
n
Governance support
n
n
Reporting Line: This position reports to PMO Manager.
n
Engagement Type
n
This role is engaged on a casual, as-required basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Hours will vary depending on operational requirements.
