Trainer Assessors - Various Qualifications

Face to Face trainers required in the North Coast Region
n
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver accredited, face-to-face training programs across the North Coast, including Casino, Lismore, Ballina, Ocean Shores and Byron Bay.
n
You will deliver training in one or more of the following qualifications:
n

Business
n
Retail
n
Community Services
n
Individual Support
n
n
The successful candidates will have strong facilitation skills, relevant industry experience, and a passion for supporting learners to develop practical skills that lead to positive employment outcomes. Flexibility and a willingness to travel throughout the region are essential.

These roles require you to:

Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel throughout the North Coast region.
n
Deliver high-quality training and assessment in a face-to-face learning environment.
n
Assess learner competency in line with training package and regulatory requirements.
n
Create an engaging and supportive classroom experience that encourages participation and success.
n
Share your industry knowledge and practical expertise to enhance learner outcomes.
n
Apply innovative and effective training strategies that support students to achieve their qualification goals.
n
n
About You
n
n
A TAE*****, TAE***** or TAE***** Certificate lV in Training and Assessment qualification
n
Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
n
Current industry experience (obtained in Australia)
n




Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
n
Solid communication and time management skills
n
A current Driver's Licenseand willingness travel within the Far West Orana Region.
n
