Whatyou'llbe responsible for:

You'llbe joining our HR and WHS Advisory team-the engine room of ourorganisation-delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Here'swhat your days will look like:
n

Own complex
grievances,investigationsand
terminationmattersfor
our top-tier clients
n
Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
n
Prepare claim responses (e.g.FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
n
Deliver client training, webinars
andfacilitateimplementation
meetings
n
Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
n
Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking
n

Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
n
Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation
n
Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
n
Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy
n
Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
n
Calm under pressure, with the stakeholder influencetomatch
