Wine Cellar & Warehouse Operations Assistant

Kick-start a career in wine warehousing and logistics, with hands-on, structured training that brings you close to some of the outstanding wines of the world from day one. Cinderella Wine Experience, based in Redfern, is looking for an entry-level Wine Cellar team member to help run the daily flow of wine in and out of our warehouse.

Key responsibilities

Receive and check incoming wine deliveries
n
Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately
n
Coordinate with couriers, freight and external warehouse/drop shipping partners
n
Manage stock records, stocktakes and warehouse organisation
n
Open and close the building, and take responsibility for site security
n
Support occasional evening events and liaise with suppliers
n
Handle direct sales to consumers, including phone and online enquiries and orders
n

About you
n
n
Willing to learn,



full training given, no prior warehousing or wine experience required, but prior industry experience is highly regarded.
n
Comfortable talking with customers and confident handling direct sales enquiries
n
Able to lift and carry up to 20kg regularly and manage repetitive physical tasks
n
Safety-conscious, with a genuine sense of responsibility for site security
n
Hold, or are willing to obtain, a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
n
Available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexibility for evening events
n
Have the right to live and work in Australia
n
Experience in a bottle shop, cellar door, hospitality, or warehouse and logistics setting is a bonus, not essential
