A Permanent Part time Kitchen Hand position at a busy Greek restaurant in Kogarah Bay, working Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00pm until late.

Key responsibilities

Washing dishes, pots and kitchen equipment
n
Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised
n
General cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
n
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
n
Helping with kitchen setup and pack-down
n
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
n

Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
n
Positive attitude and good teamwork
n
Must have the right to work in Australia
n
Friday and Saturday night availability is essential
