Job Description
JDLead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
n
Define automation strategy, standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across projects.
n
Drive functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end automation initiatives.
n
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
n
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Architects to define test strategies and quality gates.
n
Conduct framework reviews, code reviews, and automation health assessments.
n
Track automation coverage, execution stability, defect leakage, and quality metrics.
n
Identify opportunities to optimize testing effort through automation, AI-assisted testing,



and process improvements.
n
8-12+ years in Quality Engineering/Test Automation with 4+ years of hands-on Playwright experience and proven leadership in automation delivery.
n
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright API testing.
n
Robust understanding of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.
n
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
n
Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
n
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
