We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Team Members to join our Casino NSW team.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentand is always ready to go above and beyond for our customers and colleagues. To hit the ground running,prior retail experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued. However, we're happy to provide training for the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Fuel and retail experience will be highly regarded.

Stocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented and replenished
n
Greeting every Owl customer with a friendly smile and hello
n




Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
n
Conduct regular checks of fuel equipment and report any issues
n
Maintaining high retail standards across the store
n
Ensure fuel dispensing is protected and compliant with site procedures
n
Using initiative to identify tasks that need attention
n
Supporting a busy team environment with a proactive approach
n
Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions
n
Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness
n
Meeting deadlines and managing time effectively during shifts
n
n
You will need to have the relevant working rights, reliable transport and availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends, in line with the business operational hours.
