privately owned, warm and welcoming 35-place Early Childhood Education and Care Centre

We are currently looking for an
enthusiastic and experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator
to join our established team in a
Lead Educator role
.

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
Build positive, respectful and supportive relationships with children, families and your fellow educators
Lead and support the day-to-day operation of your room
Work collaboratively with educators and our leadership team
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Support children's individual development, interests and learning
Create and maintain protected, welcoming and engaging learning environments
Contribute to the centre's educational program and continuous improvement
Provide guidance and support to educators within your room
Be an active and positive member of our centre community
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Has a current
Working With Children Check




Holds current
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
qualifications
Has a sound understanding of the
EYLF and National Quality Standard
Is passionate about providing high-quality education and care
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is organised, reliable and professional
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
Brings a positive, friendly and caring approach to their role
