Reporting to the Foreman, you'll be responsiblefor leading a small team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About you
n

Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or desire to step up into the role
n
Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
n
ability to read and interpret construction plans
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
n
Solid commitment to Quality and Safety standards
n
