The role will include:
n
n
Working in a litigation, compensation and personal injury team;
n
Assisting the solicitors with
administration/secretarial
tasks;
n
Preparing correspondence and court documents;
n
Arranging and booking travel;
n
Organising conferences and appointments;
n
Handling client and external associate queries via email and phone; and
n
File and diary management.
n

About you:
n
A successful candidate will have the following:
n
n
Experience working in a law firm (desirable but not essential);
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
n
High level of attention to detail;
n
Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask;
n
A great work ethic; and
n
Professional manner.
